But as Chantel Roach, the company’s Marketing Director, points out, just having a great product isn’t enough: “You can have the best product on the market, but if the rest of your offering doesn’t match up, you’ll never succeed. One example of what Chantel means by this in in the level of technical expertise that the company has on hand. At one level this means training all staff to answer queries as they come in, so fabricators and installers have quick access to the information they need. It also means offering in-depth technical expertise to help customers make the most of the opportunities out there.

Chantel says: “Making sure you have the relevant approvals and accreditations that will allow you to go after the bigger contracts and give your business more credibility is very important, but many of our customers don’t have the necessary expertise in-house. That’s where we come in. We can provide a high level of expertise and help our customers undertake testing programs and so on to allow them to take their business to the next level.”

Being number one in the market is precarious position – the only way is down.
