Sized, prepped, edgebanded door blanks
Distinction Door Solutions offer a sized, prepped and edgebanded service for customers requiring a door blank prepped to a specific lock, handle, hinges and letterplate. Please note that we do not recommend prepping for knockers/spyholes as the height required is customer specific and is better done by the installer, on site.
The individual programme or programmes are held on the CNC for that customer so that a blank can be ordered simply by giving the style and colour of blank required, the size and handing. .
This service is specifically to help fabricators get into the composite door business and not having to invest in CNC, Edgebanding and Extraction systems. Many customers progress from taking prepped blanks to installing their own CNC facilities when the numbers and economics allow. Distinction can help in advising on suitable machinery.
